I’m Izabela — founder, CEO, and the person who started all of this back in 2009 with one simple belief: that every business owner deserves an accountant they can actually trust.

A little about me
I am a qualified MAAT accountant — a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), which is the UK’s leading professional accounting body. Achieving MAAT status means completing the AAT Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting, building real-world experience, and committing to an ongoing code of professional ethics and continuous development.
In plain terms? It means I’ve done the work, I hold the qualifications, and I am held to the highest professional standards — so you can trust that the advice and services you receive from ETAXPOL are always accurate, compliant, and genuinely in your best interest.
But honestly, a qualification only tells part of the story.
Why I built ETAXPOL
When I first came to the UK, I understood what it felt like to navigate a new country, a new system, and a new language — all at the same time. For Polish entrepreneurs building their businesses here, that experience is very real. The UK tax system can feel complex even for native English speakers. For someone doing it in a second language, it can feel overwhelming.
I built ETAXPOL because I wanted there to be a place where Polish business owners could get expert, professional accounting support — without the language barrier, without the jargon, and without ever feeling like they were just another client on a list.
That was the vision in 2009. It still drives everything we do today.
What ETAXPOL stands for
Over the past 16 years, we have grown into a full-service accounting firm supporting sole traders, Limited Companies, employers, and VAT and CIS-registered businesses across the UK. Our team includes Beata, our payroll specialist, and Kinga, our VAT and Limited Company expert — two people I am incredibly proud to work alongside every day.
We are fully insured, regularly audited, and completely transparent in everything we do. No hidden fees. No confusing small print. Just honest, reliable accounting — with a personal touch.
